ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING SERVICES

As we look at the future of Finance & Accounting Services, we see a significant shift in the way we work. Our work processes are simplified and standardized for greater efficiency, leading to less time being spent on internal transactional processing. This allows us to shift a greater percentage of our total effort to providing business decision information, analysis and financial leadership. We expect to have FUN in delighting our customers' needs.

Tremendous efficiency improvements are on the horizon for what is now known as Employee Services. Services we provide are customer oriented and integrated across what used to be functional and organizational lines. We are a service organization, committed to adding value by removing P&G employee distractions to performing the work of their organization, and enabling the cost effective management of the organization to utilize real time systems to help manage their organization infrastructure and people related processes. WORKPLACE SERVICES

Workplace Services in San Jose, Costa Rica consists of IT, Facilities and Security. They are focused, equipped and ready toPower Your Businessin an anywhere, anytime workplace of the future. WPS is the enabling bundle responsible for delivering the technology, tools and services designed for all individuals and teams to work securely, efficiently and productively in a new virtual work environment of the future. WPS prides itself on being a high performing organization; fit, lean, cost conscious and ready to deliver extraordinary customer service in a new culture.

In San Jose, over the next year, WPS has the huge task of setting up over 1000 brand new computers, including over 300 different software applications, 1500 telephone extensions, 21,000 square meters of carpet, 28 kilometers of tube lighting, over 3000 file cabinets and approximately 2 kilometers feet of file storage. A formidable task and a small feat!
