- Selection Process
- Our selection process is based on a total assessment approach comprising an application form, interviews, and a problem-solving test.
At the application stage, each candidate is asked to choose the department which he or she wants to join.
All candidates complete a standard application form detailing their education, work experience, and a summary of key achievements and
extracurricular experience. On the basis of information provided on the application form, candidates may be invited for a problem-solving test, which assesses numerical reasoning and verbal comprehension.
- The Interview
- After evaluating the solving test the candidate is invited for a series of one-to-one interviews.
The purpose of an interview is to exchange adequate information to determine candidate's strengths and expectations.
The same selection principles and requirements are consistently applied regardless of the function or the country in which the candidate applies. The procedure and criteria are calibrated across interviewers and departments as well as across all countries.
- Success Factors
- How can we recognize people who possess the skills to execute with excellence? P&G Recruiting process is based on What Count Factors which we refer as SAWs for Success Actions for Winning. If you want to know more of these factors, go to Succeeding at P&G page.
